ban pompous names that are difficult to pronounce

now that ming the merciless (spelt Menzies the Tobacconist) is poised to take over the beige party, I think its about time we saw an end to all those pompous names that are spelt with little regard for the english language. Not only does it make it hard to refer to them in polite conversation, but it leaves the door open for benign dictators everywhere to be corrected by arseholes who know the proper pronounciation (thats Chevaun, not Siob-han) - although I think anyone guilty of correcting a mis-pronounced name should be hurled off Magdalen bridge in Cambridge.
