make sure everyone wraps up warm
apparently after years of patient research, scientists have now discovered that wrapping up warm helps to fend off the common cold.This is excellent news for me, and now explains why I feel so ill when I walk around rainy london in my shorts and bermuda shirt in the winter. It never occured to me that freezing myself was anything other than beneficial.
However in keeping with other dictators, I've decided I should really spend winter somewhere else instead.
